Russia dropped two aerial bombs on the center of Toretsk

The Russian military dropped two aerial bombs on the center of Toretsk in the Donetsk region. At least six people are known to be injured.

The Donetsk regional prosecutor’s office reported this and showed the consequences of the flights.

“Under the procedural leadership of the Donetsk regional prosecutor’s office, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). According to the investigation, on June 5, 2023, Russian troops shelled the city of Toretsk. According to preliminary data, the Russian army carried out 2 strikes on the city center using the FAB-250,” prosecutors said.

No casualties have been reported, but women aged 71 and 64 were injured, and a 45-year-old man received shrapnel wounds. All three were hospitalized. A police team drove by the place where the bomb fell – three policemen were injured.

According to the prosecutor’s office, the explosion damaged an educational institution, residential high-rise buildings, civil infrastructure, an administrative building, and bank premises.
