Russia drops aerial bomb on house in Kupyansk: woman injured

On April 17, the Russian army dropped an aerial bomb on a house in Kupyansk (Kharkiv region). A 72-year-old woman was injured. Information about the other injured is being clarified.

This was reported by law enforcement officers. Under the procedural leadership of the Kupyansk District Prosecutor’s Office of the Kharkiv region, a pre-trial investigation into the commission of a “War Crime” (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been launched.
