Russia drops air bombs on Zaporizhzhia: there are casualties

On March 11, the Russians dropped guided air bombs on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district, damaging apartment buildings and private houses, as well as injuring people.

According to the head of the regional military administration Ivan Fedorov, the Russian military struck the city’s infrastructure.

It is previously known that a multi-storey residential building was hit.

“The blast wave damaged houses near the impact site. Three people have already sought medical help,” Fedorov said.

He later reported: “Six apartment buildings and nine private houses were damaged as a result of the Russian attack on Zaporizhzhia. Municipal workers have already begun to eliminate the consequences of the attack.”

Fedorov later added: “Nine people, including one child, needed medical help as a result of the Russian attack on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district. All of them are receiving the necessary medical care.”

At 19:39 Ivan Fedorov reported: “Shrapnel wounds, cuts, acute stress reaction – eleven people have already sought medical help after the Russian strike on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district. Among the wounded are two children – an 11-year-old boy and a 12-year-old girl. All victims have been provided with the necessary medical care.”
