Russia hit a guided aerial bomb at the entrance of a high-rise building in Kharkiv: people were carried out in their arms

On September 21, around 11:00 p.m., the Russians fired three FAB-500s at the Shevchenkiv district of Kharkiv and its suburbs. Houses, cars and a kindergarten were damaged.

The Su-34 aircraft was used for the strikes, which launched guided aerial bombs from Belgorod.

“3-4 guided aerial bombs were released, two of them were found to have hit a residential building in Oleksiivka and in Dergachivsky district,” said Volodymyr Tymoshko, the head of the National Police of the Kharkiv region.

One of the munitions hit near the entrance of a 16-story building on Oleksiivka Street.

“There was a hit in a tree near the front entrance. There was no direct hit in the house, so it was possible to avoid many victims,” ​​said Tymoshko.

The facade and windows of the house are damaged. Cars in front of the house were involved – four civilian vehicles burned completely, 21 were damaged.

21 local residents sought medical help, including an 8-year-old child and two 17-year-old teenagers. More than 80 people were evacuated from the building.

“As a result of the shelling in Kharkiv, 21 people from 8 to 84 years old were injured. Among them are three children aged 17, 17 and 8. Two people are in serious condition. Three are in light condition. All others are in average condition. 6 people have been hospitalized,” said the head of the regional military administration Oleg Sinegubov.

According to the head of the police of the Kharkiv region Volodymyr Tymoshka, police uniforms have been put on display, and they will constantly guard the damaged buildings in order to prevent acts of looting. The work of the operational headquarters of the National Police has also been launched, where citizens can contact police officers with statements about missing relatives or damaged property.

On the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, criminal proceedings have been opened under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
