The Russian Federation has already committed 136,000 crimes against Ukraine and Ukrainians and killed about 11,000 civilians, including more than 500 children.
This was said by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal at the international conference “Special tribunal on the crime of aggression against Ukraine. Justice must be served” in Kyiv.
“This war is one of the most brutal in the history of mankind, because Russia is waging it against all Ukrainians – against women, the elderly, children, even the unborn. Since February 2022, our enemy has committed more than 136,000 crimes. This is only what is recorded at the moment. In fact, there are many more crimes. During this time, about 11,000 civilians were killed, of which more than 500 are children as of today,” said the head of government, stressing that these are not final data.
He also reminded that only according to official information, Russia exposed 20,000 Ukrainian children, making many of them orphans with living parents and forcibly adopting them.
The organization of the wife of the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia is involved in the abduction of children from Stepanivka in the Kherson region, which happened in October 2022.
This was reported by the Russian publication “Projekt”.
The woman’s name is Olena Milska.
In addition to her marriage to the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, Oleksandr Kurenkov, she worked in a fund created by the Orthodox oligarch Konstantin Malofeev.
Milska also helped Russian state oligarch Gennady Timchenko build a cultural complex in Kaliningrad.
In addition, Olena Milska is associated with a number of projects with Danylo Martynov, an associate of Ramzan Kadyrov.
In 2022, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) notified him of suspicion of violating the laws and customs of war.
Milska also heads the board of trustees of the Russian “National Center for Assistance to Missing and Injured Children”.
His “volunteers” transported children kidnapped from Stepanivka from Crimea to the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation.
Children from Stepanivka were placed in the “Pearl of Russia” camp (the city of Anapa). Director Oleksandr Kibkalo received them there.
The children stayed in Anapa for a month. And after that, volunteers were able to take 15 of them to Georgia.
