The Russian Federation attacked the village of Bagatyr in Donetsk region with a rocket salvo system. An 11-year-old boy died as a result of the impact. His mother and 6-year-old brother were wounded, the Ministry of Internal Affairs informed.

The occupying power “DPR” decided to transfer the property of the Ukrainian Donbas to Russia

The so-called “government of the DPR” was illegally authorized to transfer the property of the occupied Donetsk region to the federal ownership of the Russian Federation. This follows from the “law” signed by the leader of the “republic” Denys Pushylin “On the procedure for managing and disposing of the property of the Donetsk People’s Republic”.

In it, among other things, it is noted that the “government of the DPR” adopts relevant legal acts on the transfer of property of the region to federal… ownership.

The “Law” stipulates that the quasi-republic owns “land and other natural resources with the exception of the property of the Russian Federation, municipal entities, citizens, and legal entities.”
