Russia shelled Donetsk region: woman killed, another injured, 16 houses damaged

On April 1, Russian troops covered Donetsk region with fire. As a result of the attack in Pokrovsk, a woman was killed, in Kramatorsk district there is an injured person, 16 private houses, a shop and a warehouse were damaged.

The head of the Donetsk regional military administration Vadim Filashkin reported on the consequences of the strikes: “At least one person was killed and one was injured as a result of today’s shelling of Donetsk region.”

According to the head of the regional military administration, the Russians killed a woman in Pokrovsk. The exact circumstances and consequences of this strike are being established.

A resident of the village of Oleksandro-Kalynove, Illinivska community, Kramatorsk district, was injured – 16 private houses, a shop and a warehouse were damaged there.

In addition, several people are believed to have died in the Lyman of the Myrnograd community – there the Russians hit a private house with artillery, the search operation is ongoing.

In the Pokrovsky district, a residential building in the city of Bilytske also came under fire in the afternoon, the State Emergency Service reported.

The shell hit near a five-story residential building, a fire broke out in one of the apartments on the first floor. Rescuers quickly extinguished it, preventing the fire from spreading to neighboring apartments.

Previously, three private residential buildings were also damaged. The consequences are being clarified. No information about the victims was received.
