Russian troops have once again struck Ukrainian Railways facilities. This time, a passenger rolling stock in the Mykolaiv region was under attack. The locomotive and two cover carriages were damaged.

The carrier’s press service reported this on May 7. According to the company, all passengers and employees were in a safe place during the air raid. That is why there were no casualties.

“The alert in the region has just ended, we have already found a reserve locomotive, which left with a delay,” Ukrzaliznytsia reported.

Despite constant shelling in front-line regions, railway workers continue to ensure train movement. Passengers were urged to carefully listen to the instructions of train crews during air raids and other dangers.
