On the night of June 14, the Russians carried out another attack on Mykolaiv. Two types of infrastructure were under fire.
This was reported by the head of the Mykolaiv regional military administration, Vitaly Kim. According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, at 04:20 in the morning, a Russian jet drone flew in the direction of Mykolaiv. After 20 minutes, a whole group of drones was heading for the city, and at five in the morning explosions could be heard in Mykolaiv.
Later, the head of the Mykolaiv regional military administration confirmed the attack and clarified that the Russians’ target was transport and energy infrastructure. There were no casualties.
Mykolaiv regularly comes under attack from enemy drones – earlier “Shakheds” were shot down in the Mykolaiv region, and one of the drones hit infrastructure facilities in the region. Attacks on southern Ukraine have become systematic – the Russians are purposefully hitting the transport and civilian infrastructure of coastal cities.
