On the evening of March 22, Russian troops carried out an air strike on the private sector of the city of Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region, dropping two aerial bombs. As a result of the attack, a local resident was injured, and 28 residential buildings were destroyed. This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. As a result of the strike, large-scale fires broke out, covering a private house and an open area. Rescuers quickly arrived at the scene and extinguished the fire on a total area of 35 square meters.
“Russian invaders continue to purposefully attack the civilian infrastructure of Ukrainian cities. In Kramatorsk, one person was injured as a result of an air strike, dozens of houses were significantly damaged,” the SES report says.
On March 20, Kramatorsk was shelled twice with a difference of 20 minutes. An industrial zone and a densely populated area of the city were hit. Educational institutions and apartment buildings were damaged as a result of the attacks.
