Russian airstrike on Kharkiv suburb: 58-year-old man injured

A civilian was injured as a result of an airstrike by Russian troops in the suburbs of Kharkiv. According to the investigation, on September 9, at around 11:20, the Russians struck the village of Cherkaska Lozova. Residential buildings were damaged in the settlement, and a 58-year-old man was injured.

At least 7 private houses were damaged in the village, and a dry grass fire broke out. Specialized services are working at the scene.

Under the procedural leadership of the Dergachi District Prosecutor’s Office of the Kharkiv region, a pre-trial investigation into the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been launched.

Prosecutors, together with police investigators, are recording the consequences of the attack and taking all necessary measures to document the war crimes of the Russian military.
