Russian army attacked Sumy: strike led to partial power outage in the city

On November 24, the Russian army attacked the Sumy community with suicide drones. As a result of the shelling in the regional center, power outages occurred.

This was reported by the head of the Sumy regional military administration, Oleg Grigorov.

According to the official, the Russians struck civilian infrastructure facilities, which negatively affected the power supply.

The Russians targeted the residential sector of one of the districts. Information on damage and possible casualties is being clarified. It is preliminary known about one injured girl.

According to Sumyoblenergo, part of the regional center was powerless due to the strike by Russian troops. Hourly power outage schedules are also in effect. Specialists are already working to restore power supply.

The Sumy City Council reported that there is no light in one of the water intakes. Energy workers are already fixing the problem.

Russian strike on Sumy: 9-year-old child injured

On November 24, Russian troops launched another strike on the Sumy community, as a result of which a 9-year-old child was injured in the village of Velyka Chernechchyna on the outskirts of the regional center, the head of the Sumy regional military administration, Oleg Grigorov, reported.

The Russians hit the residential sector of the Velyka Chernechchyna starostat. The child was hospitalized, doctors are currently examining her and providing the necessary assistance.
