Russian army shells educational facility in Kherson’s central district

On September 22, at approximately 9:50 a.m., the Russian army shelled an educational facility in the central district of Kherson.

As a result of the Russian attack, a 56-year-old local woman sustained a blast injury, concussion, and an acute stress reaction.

The woman received medical assistance and was prescribed outpatient treatment.
