Russian army strikes Nikopol district and Kryvyi Rih city: there are dead and wounded

According to the report of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration Oleksandr Ganzha, Russian troops on June 23 struck Nikopol district in Dnipropetrovsk region. As a result of the attack, three people were killed and six were wounded.

Nikopol, as well as the Marhanetska, Pokrovska and Chervonogryhorivska communities were under Russian fire. A 70-year-old man and two women aged 40 and 44 died as a result of the shelling. Two men aged 26 and 73 were hospitalized in moderate condition. Four more victims will be treated on an outpatient basis.

Russian troops damaged an agricultural enterprise, a post office, shops, pharmacies, a gas station, cars, as well as private and apartment buildings. Fires broke out at the sites of the hits, which rescuers have already completely extinguished. State Emergency Service employees provided first aid to the victims and transported the wounded to medical facilities.

The Russians attacked two districts of the region almost 50 times with drones, missiles and artillery.

In addition, the Russians struck Kryvyi Rih. As a result of this attack, three people died – two men aged 25 and 34 and a 54-year-old woman. The number of injured increased to 25. Due to the tragedy, the city authorities declared June 24 a day of mourning.
