In Kupyansk, Russian FPV drones are attacking repair teams, rescue crews, police, and medics.
This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov.
According to him, the city lacks centralized gas and water supply, as well as significant problems with electricity supply.
“Units of the State Emergency Service are leaving to eliminate the consequences, but these units are the enemy’s target and it is quite difficult to work,” added Synegubov.
Currently, 991 people remain in Kupyansk. On the morning of August 13, Russian troops struck the village of Kivsharivka, Kupyansk district.
