
Russian artillery strikes central Kherson, injuring local resident. This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
“On February 10, at around 4:20 p.m., the Russian army struck the central part of Kherson with artillery,” the report said.
A Russian shell hit a high-rise building, damaging apartments and cars parked nearby.
As a result of the shelling, a 59-year-old woman suffered a blast injury and concussion. The victim was hospitalized in a medical facility, where she is under the supervision of doctors.
“A 59-year-old Kherson woman received a concussion, explosive and closed craniocerebral trauma as a result of enemy shelling of the city center after 4:00 p.m. She was on the street at the time of the Russian strike,” the Kherson City Military Administration informed.
