Russian attack on Nikopol on July 10: one person died, three more people were injured

On the morning of July 10, the Russians launched an attack on Nikopol. One person died as a result of Russian artillery fire. He is a 62-year-old man, three other people were injured.

This is reported by reference to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration Serhiy Lysak.

As a result of the morning attacks, several fires broke out in the city: two on the territory of two enterprises and in the private sector. Details are being clarified.

Due to the fact of this attack, the prosecutor’s office in Dnipropetrovsk region started a pre-trial investigation due to violation of the laws and customs of war – according to part 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

“As a result of the shelling, there were several fires in the district center and a fire in one of the settlements of the Chervonogrigorivsk territorial community.

Firefighters extinguished fires at two enterprises and in the private residential sector, and also extinguished the burning of dry vegetation in an open area,” the press service of the State Emergency Service of the Dnipropetrovsk region said.
