Russian attack on the Dnipro: two injured, 40 drones shot down

On the night of January 20, the Russian army attacked the Dnipro. Two women were injured as a result of the shelling, and destruction was recorded in the city and region.

This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Ganzha.

According to him, the air alert in the Dnipro has been going on for more than ten hours — since 21:19 on January 19.

At night, as a result of the attack in the Dnipro, a fire broke out, an enterprise was damaged, and windows in nearby buildings were broken. A multi-storey building, infrastructure facilities, and five cars were also damaged.

Two women aged 76 and 67 were injured. Both are undergoing outpatient treatment.

In the Novooleksandrivska community of the Dnipro district, a private house was damaged as a result of the use of a drone. The Pokrovska community in the Nikopol region was shelled by Russian troops with artillery.

As reported by the Air Command of the Ukrainian Air Force, air defense forces shot down 40 Russian drones in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
