Russian attacks on the Nikopol district: wounded, destruction and fires

The Russians once again struck the Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk region, using artillery and suicide drones. Civilians and civilian infrastructure were affected.

On the night of March 31, Russian troops attacked the Nikopol district with artillery and suicide drones. Nikopol, Marganetska and Pokrovska communities came under fire. Two civilians were injured as a result of the enemy strikes – a 54-year-old man and a 46-year-old woman. They were injured and will undergo outpatient treatment.

As a result of the attack, a private house, an outbuilding and a garage caught fire. Thanks to the prompt work of rescuers, the fire was quickly contained.

Three more residential buildings, two garages, two cars, and a power line were also damaged. Among the infrastructure objects that were destroyed were an administrative building, a utility company, and a gas station.

Local authorities are urging residents not to ignore air raid sirens and to stay in shelters during shelling. Rescue services continue to eliminate the consequences of the attack.
