Russian drone attacks police car during evacuation of injured woman in Kherson region

In the Berislavskyі district of the Kherson region, a Russian drone attacked a police car that was evacuating a 70-year-old injured woman. Three law enforcement officers were injured as a result of the strike.

On the morning of June 11, the duty unit received a report that a local resident in the village of Dudchany was injured as a result of a strike by a Russian drone. Due to the serious condition of the victim, the police urgently evacuated her in an armored vehicle to a medical facility.

During transportation, the police car was hit by another Russian drone. The car was severely damaged and lost the ability to move. The police officers promptly stopped another vehicle, reloaded the injured woman and continued the evacuation to the hospital. Their damaged car was taken by tow.

As a result of the attack, three police officers received mine-explosive injuries and concussions. They also sought medical attention, and their lives are not in danger.

Thanks to the prompt actions of law enforcement officers, the life of the injured woman was saved, despite the danger of repeated drone attacks on the open section of the road.
