
A 14-year-old girl was injured in a Russian drone attack on the village of Borozenske in the Kherson region. Law enforcement authorities have launched a pre-trial investigation into this latest war crime.
According to the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, Russian forces attacked a street in the village of Borozenske, Beryslav district, on October 8 at approximately 11:40 a.m. They dropped an explosive device from an unmanned aerial vehicle.
The 14-year-old girl was inside a house during the attack and sustained injuries from the strike.
Under the procedural supervision of the Beryslav District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of a war crime under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
