Russian drone damages houses in Sumy

On January 26, at around 3:40 p.m., Russians launched a drone strike on a roadway in the Kovpakiv district of the city, Acting chairman Artem Kobzar reported. Russian troops launched a strike with an unmanned aerial vehicle directly on the city’s roadway.

The blast wave and debris damaged the windows and roofs of several private houses located near the impact site. A fire broke out at the scene, but thanks to the coordinated actions of rescuers, it was quickly contained.

Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries. “There are no victims. All services are working to eliminate the consequences of the shelling,” the mayor noted.
