
On the morning of September 17, during a massive Russian attack on the Odesa region, a drone violated Moldovan airspace. The drone remained over the country’s territory for about two minutes before returning to Ukraine.
According to the Moldovan Ministry of Defense, the drone crossed the state border at 08:56 near the Ukrainian village of Biliaivka and headed toward the Moldovan village of Tudora.
By 08:58, the drone had left Moldovan airspace. It flew over the area of Palanka village toward Lake Davydiv Lyman and returned to Ukrainian territory.
The incident occurred amidst a Russian air attack on Ukraine, specifically targeting the Odesa region.
