
On October 21, a Russian UAV targeted an intersection in Sumy. This was reported by the head of the Sumy regional military administration, Oleg Grigorov.
Damaged cars and civilian infrastructure. Nine people were injured as a result of the attack.
The head of the Sumy city military administration, Serhiy Kryvosheyenko, said that the strike occurred while the cars were moving.
All the injured were taken to the hospital. Their condition is stable.
According to the acting mayor of Sumy, Artem Kobzar, more than 10 cars and high-rise buildings were damaged.
Previously, the city was attacked by an Italmas drone.
The press service of the Sumy regional prosecutor’s office said that the strike hit one of the busiest roadways in the city. A regular bus was damaged.
