Russian drone hits shopping center in Kharkiv

On August 27, at around 12:15, a Russian drone hit the city’s Osnovyanskyi district.

According to preliminary information, a Russian drone hit a shopping center in the Osnovyanskyi district of Kharkiv. After the strike, information began to arrive at the relevant services about people who could have been injured in the attack. Currently, four victims are known, a 40-year-old man died. Three women and two men were injured.

The building was damaged, the prosecutor’s office noted.

Emergency and specialized services are working at the scene. Specialists are examining the area, recording the consequences of the hit and clarifying all the circumstances of the incident.

Another strike occurred at night on August 27 in the Industrial District of Kharkiv. The Russian drone hit the balcony of an apartment on the fourth floor of a multi-story residential building. A 30-year-old man was injured in the attack. He was diagnosed with acute stress.

The doctors provided the man with the necessary assistance, his condition did not require hospitalization.

Another strike on a residential building once again demonstrates the danger posed by Russian drones to the civilian population of Kharkiv.
