Russian drones hit Ternopil, part of the city left without electricity

In Ternopil on the night of December 3, a Russian air strike hit a critical infrastructure facility. Part of the city was left without electricity.

This is stated in a message from Ternopil chairman Serhiy Nadal.

The air alert in Ternopil lasted from 1:26 to 4:07. And the first explosions were heard around 2:20.

“A Russian UAV hit an energy infrastructure facility in Ternopil. Part of the city is without electricity. Energy workers and rescuers are eliminating the consequences of the attack,” the city mayor wrote.

At the same time, he called on local residents to stock up on water, since problems with water supply are predicted due to the lack of electricity.

The city authorities promise to provide details later.

On December 2, a drone hit an apartment building in Ternopil, killing one person and injuring three others. On November 26, a Russian drone damaged Ternopil’s energy infrastructure, causing power and water outages in the city.
