Russian forces strike Sumy: one killed and others injured, including two children

According to a report by the press center of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine on October 8, Russian forces struck Sumy using long-range artillery. A civilian infrastructure facility was hit during the attack.

One person was killed and four others were injured in the shelling. Two children are among the injured.

Rescue workers operated at the scene. State Emergency Service specialists inspected the area and checked for potential hazards.
