The Russians kidnapped Oleg Skotar, a 56-year-old resident of Kakhovka in the Kherson region.
This is reported by the Center for Journalistic Investigations with reference to the publication of the husband’s relatives on social networks.
It is noted that the Russian military took the man away, his whereabouts are currently unknown.
He has not been contacted since March 28.
Previously, the man provided services for installing washing machines, and now he is an entrepreneur.
As of January 2024, 922 civilians of the Kherson region are being held captive by the Russians.
On March 14, around 7:00 p.m., the Russians kidnapped another resident of Kakhovka, Oleksandr Herchakovsky, from his home. Russian soldiers in balaclavas broke into the man’s house, twisted his hands, beat him and took him away in an unknown direction. Currently, the whereabouts of Oleksandr Herchakovsky is unknown.
