On February 12, at around 5:00 p.m., the Russian military struck the Korabelny district of Kherson. A 69-year-old woman was killed.
A photo of the aftermath of the attack was published by the head of the Kherson city military administration, Roman Mrochko.
According to him, one of the shells hit a house. The dead woman was pulled from under the rubble.
According to the Kherson regional prosecutor’s office, the Russian army shelled Kherson with artillery.
The prosecutor’s office also confirmed that in Stanislav, Kherson district, the occupiers dropped explosives from a drone on a house, injuring a couple. Both were provided with outpatient medical care.
As a result of the shelling throughout the day, at least five civilian objects were destroyed and damaged in the region, including houses, outbuildings, and cars.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson region prosecutor’s office, a pre-trial investigation into the facts of war crimes has been launched.
