On the evening of February 9, the Russian military attacked the cities of Kramatorsk and Konstantinovka in the Donetsk region, resulting in one person being killed and 12 more civilians being wounded. This was reported by the press service of the Donetsk regional prosecutor’s office on February 10.

According to law enforcement officers, between 9:15 p.m. and 9:40 p.m., Russian troops carried out eight airstrikes on Konstantinovka using FAB-250s with UMPKs.

“As a result of the shelling of a residential area, two women and three men aged 43, 56, 60, 64 and 82 were wounded. They were taken to the hospital with mine-explosive injuries, shrapnel wounds and a fracture,” the report says.

At 22:00, Kramatorsk came under Russian fire. Previously, the Russian Armed Forces dropped FAB-500 from the UMPK on the city.

“A 52-year-old man died from being hit by a household munition. Seven more civilians were injured. They were diagnosed with contusions, lacerations and stab wounds. They were provided with medical assistance. At the time of the shelling, the victims were in their homes,” the prosecutor’s office reported.

Law enforcement officers also reported that at least 26 private and apartment buildings, 76 garages, 24 cars, seven power lines and a gas pipeline were damaged or completely destroyed in the settlements.

Prosecutors are investigating the commission of war crimes by Russian military personnel (Part 1, Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
