Russian missile attack on Kyiv: high-rise building damaged, three people killed

This is reported by the Kyiv City Military Administration: “As a result of debris hitting a 25-story building in the Solomyan district, the construction structures on the 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th floors (the 18th at most) of the building were partially destroyed, with separate cells on each floor catching fire.”

As reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, three people died, 8 were injured. 24 people were rescued by the State Emergency Service.

Currently, law enforcement officers and rescuers continue to work at the site. Psychological assistance is provided to all survivors.

“The place of the event is cordoned off, law enforcement officers have deployed a mobile point for receiving statements from citizens. They are especially waiting for appeals regarding the disappearance of missing persons. Since there are unidentified victims, DNA analysis is needed for identification,” the report says.

Klitschko: There may be people under the rubble of a building in Kyiv

In Kyiv, there may still be people under the rubble of a high-rise building in the Solomyan district. This was announced by the chairman of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko.

Klitschko reminded that three dead and 11 wounded are currently known. Two residents were hospitalized in a medical institution, where they are under the supervision of doctors.

All residents of the building were evacuated, about 40 cars parked in the parking lot were damaged.
