Russian shelling in June killed 19 people, injured 40 more in Pokrovskуі community, Russians attack evacuation buses

During June, 19 people were killed and 40 more were injured in the Pokrovska community of Donetsk region due to Russian shelling.

This was reported by the head of the Pokrovska city military administration, Serhiy Dobryak, informs.

The official said that the Russians are constantly hitting Pokrovsk with aerial bombs, artillery, and drones.

The Russians are also “hunting” for evacuation buses. In particular, the other day, Russian troops hit an evacuation vehicle and almost destroyed it.

“But these are not isolated cases. This is, I think, the fifth or sixth case when the Russians are hunting for an evacuation vehicle. Also that week, the Russians damaged our garbage truck, and also burned a working vehicle of our municipal enterprise “Gazelle”, – Dobryak said.

The official added that as of June 30, almost 1,700 residents remain in Pokrovsk, 3,168 in the community. 97 residents left the city in a month.

The city has no water, electricity and gas. The authorities are calling on residents to evacuate.
