In the event of another war crime by Russian military prosecutors of the Kherson District Prosecutor’s Office, criminal proceedings have been initiated under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – violation of the laws and customs of war.
Prosecutors, together with police investigators, are working at the site of the shelling, recording all the evidence of another crime of the Russian army against the civilian population.
