On March 9, Russian soldiers killed a 50-year-old woman suffering from a mental disorder in the village of Malokakhovka of the Kakhov Territorial Community in the occupied part of Kherson Oblast, in order not to provide her with medical assistance. Immediately after her shooting, the body was allegedly taken for a “medical examination”, and it was explained to her relatives that the woman had “blown herself up on a mine”.
Residents of the Kakhovka community said that the victim of the Russian soldiers was a 50-year-old resident of the village of Malokakhovka, who suffered from a mental disorder. About two weeks ago, the woman had an exacerbation and began to behave aggressively.
The woman left the village several times in the direction of the positions of the Russian military, located on the coast of the Kakhovsky Reservoir, but later they turned her back.
On March 9, the lights were turned off in Malokakhovka at night, and at five o’clock in the morning, the woman again left the village to the positions of the Russian military. Soon shots rang out from there.
Later, the relatives of the deceased were informed that she was allegedly blown up by a mine. Her body was not given to her relatives and it was taken to Novaya Kakhovka allegedly for a “medical examination”.
According to locals, the Russian military knew well that this woman was sick and needed immediate medical attention. They claim that she was shot at a Russian checkpoint on purpose so as not to take her to the doctors.
