Russian soldiers took passports from residents of the Lipetsk community who were under occupation. Police officer of the community Oleksiy Rezvyh told about it. People whose documents were taken away by the Russians are issued new ones.
Russian troops occupied the Lipetsk community at the end of February 2022. Six months later, in September 2022, the Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated the community. Before the war, 13,500 people lived here. 13% remained – 1,826. The rest were evacuated.
The community is located near the border. The Russians continue to constantly bombard the populated areas: they hit with anti-aircraft guns, S-300, artillery and mortars. Intelligence drones circle the sky every day. On January 3, Liptsi experienced one of the most massive enemy attacks – during the day, the Russian Federation shelled the village more than 50 times. On the night of February 16 to 17, Russian troops carried out about 20 strikes on the Lipetsk community.
But, despite the shelling, the community continues to recover: four shops, a pharmacy, and medical assistance are already operating in the village of Liptsi.
Law and order has been restored. Most of the crimes in the community are looting: criminals rob houses and businesses. Criminal proceedings have been opened for all the facts. Some have already been taken to court.
According to the testimony of local residents, the law enforcement officers are exposing the collaborators.
