Russian strike on Rivne region: what is known about the dead, injured and destruction

On the morning of February 7, Ukraine, and Rivne in particular, suffered another massive strike. As a result of the attack on Rivne region, one man was killed and two more were injured. Energy and civilian facilities were damaged.

Ms. Yevheniya is recovering from the morning shelling of Rivne. The roof of the house where the woman lives for about 60 years was completely destroyed. She will not be able to stay in her apartment now: the shock wave shattered the windows in the room, and a large hole appeared in the ceiling.

Representatives of the local authorities have set up a heating station at the scene. You can warm up and eat there. Temporary housing will be provided to anyone who needs it. In addition, all relevant services are working at the scene.

As the acting chairman Viktor Shakyrzyan noted, many utility workers are working on the spot to replace the broken windows in the apartments as quickly as possible.

According to the head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Koval, the enemy was aiming at the energy infrastructure. However, a private house was also hit. As a result of the attack, two people were injured, they are now under the supervision of doctors. One man died.
