Russian troops attacked Sumy community with drones: there is destruction and one injured

Relevant services are working at the site of the “arrivals”.

The Russian army has recently intensified drone strikes on front-line regions of Ukraine. In the morning and afternoon of December 12, the Russians attacked the settlement of one of the starostats of the Sumy urban territorial community with their UAVs, the press service of the Sumy City Council informs.

As a result of the drone attack, one person was injured. Russian troops damaged windows, roofs in apartments and outbuildings, as well as a car in the courtyards of two private households.

It is noted that the starostat provided the owners of these houses with materials to eliminate the damage. The settlement has electricity and gas supplies.

The head of the Sumy regional military administration, Volodymyr Artyukh, stated that the Russian occupation troops are using tactics of intimidation against residents of the Sumy region. The Russians first strike residential areas, and later critical infrastructure facilities.
