Russian troops shelled Chernihiv region: more than 70 “arrivals” in the region per day

Russian troops continue shelling the border areas of Chernihiv region. A total of 73 explosions from various types of weapons were counted during September 26.

The communities of Semenivska and Horodnyanska came under enemy fire. This is reported by the State Border Service “Northern Border”.

Horodnya community: shelling from AGS and self-propelled guns (60 explosions) in the direction of Hasychivka and Senkivka settlements.

Semenivsk community: 13 explosions (probably from barrel artillery and mortars) in the direction of Bleshnya and Hremyachka settlements.

Fortunately, information about the dead or wounded among the local population has not been recorded.

Sumy region

In the Sumy region, the Russians damaged three houses

Law enforcement officers continue to record the consequences of the Russian attacks.

On September 26, Russian troops opened fire on populated areas of the border region. A total of 68 shots were scored.

As a result of shelling, three private residential buildings and two commercial buildings were damaged.

According to these facts, the police have opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Violation of the laws and customs of war”, reports the police of Sumy Region.

As of 08:00 on September 27, the Sumy regional military administration has information about three incidents of shelling of the border communities of the region.

As the Defense Forces and the State Border Service confirm, during the night of September 27, the Russian occupying forces subjected the Krasnopilsk and Seredino-Budsk communities to mortar fire, on whose lands a total of 18 mines exploded.

On the territory of the Krasnopil community, 6 mine explosions were heard, and on the territory of Seredino-Budska, 12 mines exploded.

Currently, the Sumy Regional Military Administration does not have any data on the victims of these attacks on civilians or the destruction of infrastructure.
