As a result of Russian attacks, two private residential buildings, a private truck were damaged, and a horse was killed as a result of one of the attacks.

According to these facts, criminal proceedings have been opened under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Violation of laws and customs of war”.
