Russian troops continue to terrorize residents of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions

Donetsk region
On March 10, the Russian troops carried out 41 strikes on populated areas of Donetsk region and hit 16 populated areas
On March 10, Russian shells hit the cities of Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Kostyantynivka, Chasiv Yar, Toretsk, Kurakhove, the villages of Velyka Novosilka, Ocheretine, the villages of Vremivka, Netaylove, Krasnohorivka, Vovchanka, Tonenka, Severne, Pleshchiivka, Kamianka. This was reported by the regional police press service.
The Russians hit the civilian population with aircraft, S-300 air defense systems, Grad rocket launchers, artillery, mortars, and tanks. 24 civilian objects were destroyed and damaged – 17 residential buildings, administrative buildings, a factory workshop, shops, an excavator, a car.
Avdiyivka withstood six airstrikes. In total, the Russians attacked the city 17 times. Objects of social infrastructure were destroyed, one person was injured.
The Russians directed the S-300 missile at Kostyantynivka, hitting the administration building, transport, shops, one apartment building and two private homes. A civilian was injured.
With the MLRS “Grad” Russian troops hit Bakhmut. 8 apartment buildings and one private house were damaged. A person died in the village of Vovchanka as a result of artillery shelling.
Criminal proceedings have been opened under Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
With the help of the police, 157 people were evacuated, since the beginning of mandatory evacuation – more than 49,280 people, among them 6,587 – children, 2,383 – people with disabilities.

Vasyl Golubev, the governor of the Rostov region in the Russian Federation, signed a decree according to which additional entry and exit control measures were introduced at the state border between the Russian region and the occupied Donbas. We are talking about the following checkpoints: Kuibysheve, Matviyiv Kurgan, Veselo-Voznesenka, railway checkpoint “Uspenska”, Avilo-Fedorivka (“Uspenka” station) and Shramko (Ulyanivske).
Entry to and exit from the territory of the Rostov region outside of the specified automobile checkpoints is prohibited.
