
On the morning of November 11, Russian troops hit a rocket on the village of Vysoky in the Kharkiv region.
This was reported by the Kharkiv regional police and the chairman, Igor Terekhov. Administrative buildings were damaged as a result of the strikes.
“An explosion was heard in Kharkiv. It was ballistics fired from the territory of the Russian Federation at a village near Kharkiv. The consequences are currently being clarified,” Terekhov said.
On November 10, Russian troops shelled six settlements in the Kharkiv region. As a result of the strikes on the village of Rubizhne in the Vovchansky community, 24- and 42-year-old men, as well as a 16-year-old boy, were injured.
