On the afternoon of November 15, Russian troops shelled the town of Seredyna-Buda, Shostky district, Sumy region, with a mortar. There is a wounded person, informs the press service of the Sumy regional prosecutor’s office.
“As a result of the shelling, a 48-year-old local resident was wounded,” the message reads.
In the city, the power line and the facades of private houses were damaged. Law enforcement officers are conducting a pre-trial investigation on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
On November 6, Russian troops shelled Seredyna-Buda – a local resident was killed. A mine hit the woman’s house.
The authorities are considering the possibility of making a decision to evacuate children from a 30-kilometer zone along the Ukrainian-Russian border in the Sumy region against the background of increasing intensity of enemy strikes along the border.
