Russian troops struck near a cafe in the Kherson region: one person was killed

The Russians also damaged the educational institution.

On Thursday, October 26, Russian troops carried out an airstrike on the village of Tyaginka of the Berislav district of the Kherson region. There is a dead person, the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office informs: “One of the aerial bombs hit a nearby cafe. As a result, a 59-year-old local resident died.”

Information on other victims of the airstrike is being clarified.

Russian troops also damaged objects of civil infrastructure, in particular, a kindergarten was destroyed.

The law enforcement officers started a pre-trial investigation on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
