On July 21, Russian troops shelled the city of Kostyantynivka in the Donetsk region, using barrel artillery.
This was reported by the head of the Kostyantynivka City Military Administration, Serhiy Gorbunov: “The city of Kostyantynivka came under another enemy attack. According to preliminary data, the strikes were carried out with artillery. Fortunately, there were no casualties among the civilian population, but critical infrastructure was damaged.
According to Gorbunov, the attack damaged the DTEK power line. As a result, almost 15 thousand subscribers were left without electricity.
Currently, energy workers are working to restore power supply, but the pace of work depends on the security situation in the city.
