Russians attack civilians in Kharkiv region again: two killed

On August 20, two elderly people died in Kharkiv region as a result of attacks by Russian troops. This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

At about 8:30 a.m. near the village of Petrivka, Bogodukhiv district, Kharkiv region, a Russian FPV drone hit a civilian car. The 70-year-old driver and 71-year-old passenger were fatally wounded and died on the spot. The car suffered significant damage.

And at about 10:20 a.m., the Russian army shelled a private residential area in the village of Prudyanka, Kharkiv region. As a result of the shelling, houses and outbuildings caught fire. Units of the State Emergency Service are working to eliminate the consequences. Fortunately, there were no civilian casualties.
