On July 13, Russian troops struck Sumy, as a result of which part of the city was left without power.
This was reported by the head of the Sumy city military administration, Serhiy Kryvosheyenko.
According to him, the Russian Federation is attacking critical infrastructure facilities, which is why part of the city was left without power. He noted that all services are working to restore power supply.
The head of the Sumy regional military administration, Oleg Grigorov, emphasized that during today’s day, the activity of Russian drones was recorded in Sumy and on the approaches to the city.
“Part of the city was temporarily left without power supply. A number of important institutions were transferred to backup power supply,” he added.
