
On March 7-8, the Russian army attacks Naftogaz gas production facilities in Poltava region.
“For the second day in a row, March 7-8, Russia is massively attacking gas production facilities of the Naftogaz Group in the Poltava region. The strikes are being carried out using drones,” the report says.
It is noted that the shelling has stopped the work of a number of critical infrastructure facilities. There are no casualties as a result of the strikes.
“The company’s specialists, together with the State Emergency Service units, are working to eliminate the consequences. The damage assessment is ongoing,” said Serhiy Koretsky, chairman of the board of the national joint-stock company Naftogaz of Ukraine.
