Russians attack Odesa district with drones; a woman and a man injured

On the afternoon of November 4, Russian forces attacked civilian infrastructure in the Odesa District using strike drones. Two people—a 39-year-old woman and a 65-year-old man—were injured in the attack. Both have been hospitalized.

The attack damaged a post office and a warehouse used for storing clothing and footwear.

Law enforcement officers are currently at the scene, documenting the aftermath of the strike and collecting evidence of yet another war crime committed by the Russian army.

Under the procedural guidance of the Odesa Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of a war crime (Part 1, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
