A Russian drone attack on October 27 at 3:30 p.m. damaged a power plant in Chernihiv region and the repair team’s equipment. Tens of thousands of consumers were left without electricity.

“In such conditions, power engineers have recently had to work almost every day. The Russians do not give them the opportunity to approach the damaged power supply facilities, they inflict repeated blows simply during emergency and restoration work, and they hunt for their equipment,” the report says. The regional energy authority emphasized that in such conditions, Chernihiv power engineers have recently had to work almost every day.
