Later, at 11:35, the Russians attacked Konstantinovka with an FPV drone, which hit a passenger car. The strike killed a 58-year-old woman and injured four more people, including a 56-year-old woman and three men aged 38 to 71.

“The victims were diagnosed with mine-explosive and craniocerebral injuries, shrapnel wounds, a broken leg and contusions. They were promptly provided with medical assistance. Doctors assess the condition of one of the women as serious,” the report says.

More than 40 residential buildings and six cars were damaged as a result of the attacks. Law enforcement officers have opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – violation of the laws and customs of war.
